STATE ECONOMIC PLANNING DIVISION

  1. To ensure that at least 85% of development allocation is spent.
  2. To ensure that at least 85% of tourism project allocation is spent.
  3. To ensure that 85% of the decision by State Executive Council for investment applications is notified to the investors within 14 working days after minute ballot is received.

HOUSING DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 100% of the 5F Notice which has been paid receive their titles within 10 working days.
  2. To ensure that 100% of completed PAKR application forms received is registered into the Pahang Public Housing System within 14 working days from the received date.
  3. To ensure that 100% of applications for the Government / private sector low- and medium-cost houses approved by the State Housing Committee / Filtering and Selecting Committee is given offer within 90 working days from the approval received date.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 95% of development project allocation (State and Federal) is spent.
  2. To ensure that 100% of estimated PBT annual budget is processed for the State Authorities’ consideration within three (3) months from the agreed date.
  3. To ensure that 100% of legislation or PBT by-law amendment is processed within three (3) months after receipt of proposal/draft from the specific PBT.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 70% of the Efficiency and Service Level Evaluation result is completed within 90 working days.
  2. To ensure that 100% of job appointment confirmation is processed within 30 working days.
  3. To ensure that 100% of in-service confirmation, extension of probation period, and pensionable status award is completed within 45 working days from the date complete documentation is received before being sent to the Pahang / Malaysia Public Service Commission.
  4. To ensure that 100% of approval process for Leave Replacement reward is processed within 90 working days from date of complete documentation received.
  5. To ensure that 100% of placement of new appointments is made within 90 working days.
  6. To ensure that 100% of the pension by-choice approval letters, after consented by the KDYMM Sultan of Pahang, is processed within 30 working days from the date of consent.
  7. To ensure that 60% of staff attends at least seven (7) days of training.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 80% of complaints regarding ICT problems is given technical support service within eight (8) working hours after a report is received.
  2. To ensure that 70% of requests to develop application system received is studied within three (3) to six (6) months.
  3. To ensure that 80% of the PahangNet digital network service operates 24x7 at all Government departments utilising the service.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 98% of annual allocation is spent within current year.
  2. To ensure that 95% of completed claims is processed within 10 working days from the received date.
  3. To ensure that 90% of disposals is executed within three (3) months from date of disposal approval letter is received.

OFFICE OF MENTERI BESAR

  1. To ensure that 100% of land title applications with complete documentation is submitted to the YAB Menteri Besar within 14 working days.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL AND STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY SECRETARIAT DIVISION

  1. To ensure that 100% of completed and orderly Working Papers is presented to the State Executive Council latest by 14 working days.
  2. To ensure that 100% of the result of State Executive Council meeting is submitted to departments/agencies latest by five (5) working days after decision is attested.

PAHANG SPORTS COUNCIL

  1. To ensure that 70% of participation to national-level championships obtains at least the fifth (5) place.
  2. To participate in at least 50% of national-level championships in a year.

INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT

  1. To ensure that 90% of Audit Report is completed within 30 days after auditing is completed.

CORPORATE UNIT

  1. To ensure that 100% of customer complaints with complete information is answered within 10 working days.

WATER MONITORING BODY

  1. To ensure that 100% of development applications at water retention areas is processed within 30 working days after receipt of complete applications.
